Desperate need for your help

As a charity shop, there are two vital things we cannot survive without: donations and volunteers.

Both are our life blood and without them we would not exist.

At the present time we are in desperate need of both.

It takes a special sort of person to volunteer their free time.

It is a big ask of any person, but at the same time, such a rewarding experience.

We would welcome anyone who felt they could help us raise much-needed funds for the elderly.

Their role could be helping process stock to be sold or selling our goods to customers.

If any of your readers maybe interested in joining our volunteers, they would be welcome to pop into our shop or phone 01629 812928.

As the economic climate continues to squeeze every household, we are experiencing more people visiting our store in search of a good-quality bargain.

This increase is fantastic as we raise more money for the elderly.

But to sustain this we need donations of good quality clothing, bric-a-brac, books CDs and DVDs.

Please could your readers consider donating such items to us?

Instead of selling that unwanted Christmas present on eBay, donate it to us.

The monies raised make such a difference to the elderly in so many different ways. We appreciate greatly every donation, no matter how large or small.
