Dear Madam,

As the dust settles after A-level results and people are wondering what step to take next, I would recommend a free UK gap year.
I volunteered with Agents4Change, a campaign run by CSV and supported by Tesco and youth volunteering charity V to recruit young people to take action in their communities.

I gained experience in youth work, project management, marketing and media and will be starting university with a wealth of invaluable experience already under my belt.

I got to enjoy the freedom of living away from home without having to spend a fortune as CSV paid for all my living and travel expenses.

CSV also offers gap year volunteering opportunities supporting young offenders, homeless people and adults with learning difficulties as well as helping people with physical disabilities lead independent lives.

To find out more visit www.csv.org.uk or call 0800 374 991.

Toral Shah,
19 Agents4Change volunteer
c/o CSV, 237 Pentonville Road,
London, N1 9NJ
