Festive fun with acapella group

ACAPELLA group The Lovenotes are bringing their Christmas tour to New Mills. As well as enjoying fabulous festive numbers, there will be a chance to get involved with a singing workshop.

The Lovenotes demonstrate a wonderfully diverse combination of harmony singing, with truly innovative three, four and five-part arrangements. Joining them will be Blues singer/songwriter Helen Watson.

The concert will take place at Providence URC Church on Saturday December 8, at 8pm, with an hour-long singing workshop from 6.30pm.

Admission to the workshop and the concert costs £14 (£10), or £7.50 (£5.50) individually. Festive refreshments are included.
