Award-winning Derbyshire-based Babbling Vagabonds are pleased to be invited to venues across Derbyshire with their enchanting fairytale theatre production, The Brothers Grimm.

“We are delighted to be visiting local venues,” said Joint Artistic Director Phil Coggins.

“We have had so much fun looking at the Grimm fairytales, they really are a brilliant collection of stories and we have chosen our favourite to share with our audiences.”

This stormy tale follows two brothers on their quest for
 collecting words and stories.
Struggling against the elements they take shelter and battle to save the manuscript so that the words will be saved forever.

Join the Babbling Vagabonds for an enchanting trip into the world of two brothers, but it won’t be a tale to soothe or reassure, instead you will find magic, danger and
perhaps the big bad wolf! This tale is brought to life using puppets,
storytelling, shadows and music.

A spell-binding tale for anyone who loves a good story.

Suitable for all ages from five to 105, it will be performed at The Grand Pavilion Arts Centre in Matlock on Saturday December 15 at 7pm, Over Haddon Village Hall on Sunday December 16 at 4pm, Hollingwood Hub in Chesterfield on Saturday December 22 at 4pm and the Medway Centre in Bakewell on Sunday December 23 at 3.30pm and 6pm.
