RESIDENTS are being asked for their views on rubbish – in a bid to develop a new waste plan for the area.
Derbyshire County Council is asking householders for their ideas on what should be done with all the rubbish we produce.

The council is putting together the Derby and Derbyshire waste core strategy development plan, which will include details of where waste plants, used to store and treat rubbish, could be built and will also consider if any parts of Derbyshire could be suitable for landfill sites.

To find out more or have your say, phone Call Derbyshire on 08456 058 058 and ask for a copy of the Big Choices report or click here.

The deadline for people to make comments is April 9.
