WELL-NOURISHED pupils celebrated with their award-winning cook after their school was commended for its excellent school dinners.
All Saint's Primary School in Youlgrave received Derbyshire County Council's Gold Award for the quality of its catering service.

Cook Heather Wood collected the accolade at a ceremony in Chapel-en-le-Frith.

Headteacher Fiona Jackson said: "This award is richly deserved by Mrs Wood and the catering staff at our school.

"The children receive service with a smile and eat in friendly surroundings. 59 out of 68 children have a school dinner which says it all," added Mrs Jackson.
