Police have attended an incident in a Derbyshire town which saw children gain access to rail tracks.

On Wednesday, June 29, British Transport Police officers were called out to Dronfield.

They had received reports that children were trespassing on the tracks – one of a number of incidents in the area over recent weeks.

BTP said they were working with local officers, schools and Dronfield Town Council to tackle the issue.
