Beware of phone calls about ‘mobility needs’

TANSLEY residents are being warned to ignore ‘misleading’ phone calls from a sales company.

Derbyshire Trading Standards has received information that a company has been calling households in the area claiming they are doing a survey into consumer’s mobility needs.

However, the company’s intention is to visit consumers at a later date to sell them mobility products.

Anyone who has received cold calls – either by phone or at the door – from a company that matches this description should call 0845 4040506.
