Bishop on board

The Bishop of Repton, Humphrey Southern, has been appointed as the new Chair of the Derby Diocesan Board of Education and will start his role on Tuesday, January 22.

The Bishop will replace Canon Nigel Johnson, Rector of Newbold, who will retire from the role.

The Diocesan Board of Education serves 33 Voluntary Aided schools and 77 Voluntary Controlled schools.
