Car left road and went down embankment

A Fiat Punto car ended up 20 feet down an embankment following a crash last night (Monday).

The accident happened on the A5004 at Buxton Road, Whaley Bridge, just after 7pm.

A woman was taken to Stepping Hill Hospital with a back injury following the collision. The three other occupants of the car suffered minor injuries.
