Derbyshire woke up to a thick blanket of snow this morning - and more is predicted throughout the week.

Weather forecasters predict clear skies and falling tempertures for the rest of today, but more snow is to come throughout the week.

Those travelling from East Midlands airport were warned of delays yesterday, but today (Monday, February 22) all flights have gone out on time, despite the threat of further snow.

Due to the heavy snowfall, Trent Barton services have been disrupted.

All services are operational and most are running the full route.

Rainbow 3 is not servicing Copeland Road, and the 90 service is not serving Glendale.

East Midland trains warned of disruptions and cancellations for today and tomorrow on their London lines.

Tickets booked for East Midlands Trains will be accepted on Virgin Trains, Cross Country, London Midland and restricted East Coast services.
