End of an era at Bakewell Market

One of the original stallholders at Bakewell Farmers’ Market has said farewell to the popular attraction.

Bill Balmer, who sold tarts and quiches, said: “It’s been a great experience and I’ve met some terrific customers over the years. I’d like to thank all of them.” Bill will spend more time concentrating on his business, Crocus Homecare.
