Try a new way of getting fit this year with water polo taster sessions.

Matlock Water Polo Club is hosting sessions to allow people aged 11 and over to get to grips with the sport.

The free sessions are being held in partnership with Derbyshire Dales District Council’s Sports Development Team.

They will take place for six weeks from this Wednesday between 8pm and 9pm.
