If you only do one thing this week...
February is National Heart Month and the British Heart Foundation wants us all to wear our best red skirts, shirts or ties to help it raise funds to tackle heart disease.
The idea is that everyone who turns up to work wearing red contributes 1 or more to the charity to help it carry on its pioneering research into the UK's number one killer disease.
You don't even need to wear red to work, it could be to school, college or even down the pub, just as long as you try and encourage as many other people to join in the red-themed fun.
The BHF relies entirely on donations and all the money it raises is spent on pioneering research, patient care and providing information about the disease to sufferers.
More than 200,000 people in the UK die from heart and circulatory illnesses each year while 2.5 million people currently live with a coronary heart condition.
So what are you waiting for? Dig out the red lippy, pop on a red hat, stick on a red nose (I'm sure Comic Relief won't mind this once) and join in the fun.
