The countdown is on to a glitzy national jewellery awards in whuch a family firm is hoping to sparkle.

Derbyshire–based firm CW Sellors, which has a store in Crown Square, Matlock, is a finalist in the 2014 UK Watch and Jewellery Awards in the Watch Retailer of the Year category.

The judges were looking for knowledgeable and professional staff, a high level of customer service, flexible, innovative and forward–looking buying and proactive marketing. Nina Scally, CW Sellors dedicated online watch sales supervisor, commented: “We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for this award as it recognises not only the range of watches we have available but the customer service which we work to ensure is of the highest possible standard.

“It also recognises the work we do with our local communities with watch brands including the presenting of TW Steel watches to Ashbourne Royal Shrovetide Scorers and the sponsoring of the Matlock Town Football Club Players Player of the Year award with a Bulova watch.”

CW Sellors offer a range of popular and niche watch brands with expert teams on hand both in store and online to provide advice and customer service.

The Sellors team also includes two in-house watch technicians who provide support with resizing and changing straps, replacing watch batteries, cleaning and repairs ensuring the after sales service is prompt and readily available.
