A Mercury reporter will be on hand to chat to readers about issues affecting them at our weekly surgery.

Dan Hobson will be at the Citizen’s Advice Bureau (CAB), in the Ritz building, Steep Turnpike, Matlock, between 9.30am and 12.30pm on Friday.

He will be happy to talk to members of the public about news and entertainment items.

Dan will also be able to pick up any letters which are for the publication in the paper.

The Friday surgeries are to become a regular fixture, however readers are reminded that they are being held at the CAB office in Steep Turnpike and not the Bank Road office.

Other ways for people to get in touch include a Matlock Mercury post box, which is in Bridge News, Crown Square, Matlock, where readers can drop off items of news, as well as letters.

Anyone with announcements for the paper, or who wishes to place a classified advert, is asked to telephone 01246 504500.
