Person trapped

Firefighters from Bakewell and Hathersage were called into action after a car crash left one person trapped.

The incident – which happened on Main Road, Grindleford, on Saturday, December 29 just before 8am – involved one vehicle.

As the driver was trapped in the vehicle, crews worked quickly to free the person and left the scheme at 8.40am. Police and ambulance attended.
