Readers have another chance to meet Mercury reporters at a surgery this Friday.

Reporter Dan Hobson will be on hand at the Citizen’s Advice Bureau, in the Ritz building, Firs Parade, Matlock, between 9.30am and 12.30pm.

He will be chatting to the public about news and entertainment items, as well as picking up letters for the paper.

The Friday surgeries are to become a regular fixture.

There is a Matlock Mercury post box in Bridge News, Crown Square, Matlock, in which items of news and letters can be left.

Anyone with announcements to go in the paper, or who wishes to place a classified advert, should contact the paper on 01246 504500.
