Rescue teams save 11–year–old on Monsal Trail

MOUNTAIN rescue teams saved an 11-year-old boy who tumbled down an embankment.

Buxton and Edale crews helped rescue the Sheffield youngster after he fell eight metres down the Monsal Trail embankment on Friday afternoon.

The youngster suffered back and chest injuries.
