Who is Derbyshire’s best police officer?

The search is on for Derbyshire’s Police Officer of the year.

Chief Constable, Mick Creedon has asked the public to nominate their favourite officers. He said: “I am sure we will have a lot of nominations for all three awards.”

The other awards are for the best Safer Neighbourhood Team in the country and the best Police Community Support Officer.

Nominations can be made at www.derbyshirepolice.uk or by writing to the Chief Constable at Police Headquarters, Butterley Hall, Ripley by Monday March 19.
