M1 in Nottinghamshire reopens following earlier accident
A section of the M1 in Nottinghamshire has reopened following a serious accident.
The road was shut southbound between Junction 27 at Mansfield and Junction 26 at Nottingham for nearly two hours following the collision.
Highways England has since tweeted: “#M1 recovery and clean-up work is complete and all lanes have re-opened S/B J27-J26. Thanks for your patience throughout this incident.”
