Derbyshire school announces closure tomorrow amid weather warning
St Mary's Catholic High School has announced it will be closed tomorrow due to flooding.
The school, on Newbold Road, Upper Newbold announced the closure on its social media
A statement from the school said: "Due to flooding and its impact on the school’s electricity supply, St Mary's Catholic High School will be closed to all pupils tomorrow, Friday November 8th.
"School will be open as normal on Monday."
