Another free weekend for Town

MATLOCK Town’s game at home to Whitby Town unsurprisingly fell foul of the weather on Saturday with the sub-zero temperatures throughout the week resulting in another free weekend in the Evo-Stik League Premier Division for the Gladiators.

Fans, players and officials will now hope the temperature continues to head upwards during the week, ahead of the next scheduled game, away at Chorley, on Saturday, February 18.

The next home game is on Saturday, February 25, against Rushall Olympic.
