Sessions are going well

Indoor training has started at Lea Green in Lea on Thursday evenings for those wishing to represent Matlock Cricket Club in the 2012 season.

Sessions are going well so far and if anybody else wishes to join these, they are welcome to do so. Just turning up would be fine.

The club now has Alan Morris, the ex-Derbyshire player, acting as coach and everybody at the club rates his work very highly.

On the junior front, Matlock is looking forward to a busy season with teams taking part in local quick cricket and hardball leagues.

Junior training has also started and the club is always looking for more players. If you are interested, please do contact Ray Mullaney or Bill Simpson about details on 01629 55589.
