IT could be a relegation clean sweep for Derwent after the firsts were hammered 9-1 by South Notts at the weekend, Tom Ellison scoring for Derwent.
With the thirds already down, having completed their fixtures last week, the seconds ended their campaign at Nuneaton.

With keeper Gary ‘Buttons’ Shardlow ill, guest keeper ‘Mr Milner’ made his hockey debut and made some superb saves.

Some interesting Derwent tactics, such as not closing down opponents and inviting them to stand on the ball to concede free hits, infuriated Nuneaton, but the Warwickshire side still romped to a 5-0 win.
