NIBBLES and mulled wine will be on offer when the Appletree Hundred Group of Derbyshire Wildlife Trust invites you to join in the seasonal get-together of the group.
To set the scene, local historian Danny Wells, will give an insight into how Victorians viewed Christmas and how they invented many of the traditions familiar to us now.

The event takes place on Friday December 18 at 7.30pm at Meadows Primary School, Park Road, Duffield. Admission is £2.

To find out more contact the trust on 01773 881188.
