and live on Freeview channel 276
We are here at Derby Crown Court to cover proceedings after Daniel Walsh was found guilty of murdering the 72-year-old and disposing of much of his body in a badgers’ set following a trial in December.
The 30-year-old had claimed that Mr Snell had died of natural causes, and he had panicked and disposed of the body because he thought he would have been implicated in his death.
