“I think how I want to play will bring success over a long period of time. It worked at Wigan and I believe it will here.

“These players have enjoyed it and played it well, now we need to start winning games.”

Hide AdAnd, following a run of just one win in seven, Caldwell is calling on Chesterield’s experienced players to help support their younger team-mates.
“It’s important that the older players help the younger players on the pitch and show them the way,” he added.
“When you win games everything seems better at a football club, it’s important we win on Saturday.
“Justin’s teams are hard to play against, I’m expecting a tough game with Northampton.

“I’m convinced that this team is good enough to stay in the league.”
