Tramlines is set to happen in Sheffield's Hillsborough Park from July 23 to 25 next year, with headlining artists yet to be confirmed.
The organisers have now revealed that more than 90 per cent of the ticket buyers for the 2020 event, postponed because of Covid-19, have kept their tickets for next year.

The festival team and their supporters have raised £20,000 for charities and local causes this year. With 2020’s activities postponed, Tramlines used the festival weekend in July to raise money by hosting a huge raffle, collaborated with Thornbridge to create an official Tramlines ale, and sold T-shirts with exclusive designs from Sheffield artist Tom J Newell and the Tramlines team.
All of the money raised will be donated to Roundabout, Disability Sheffield, S6 Foodbank, iForge and Cavendish Cancer Care.
The Tramlines ale, called In The Park, is still available to purchase via the Thornbridge website, or at Sheffield outlets and pubs including Beer Central, Boozehound, The Green Shop, Sharrow Vale Wine Rack, The Hallamshire House, The Greystones, The Stags Head, Simmonite Butchers and Beeches of Walkley.

Hide AdTimm Cleasby, Tramlines’ operations manager, said: “It’s been a tough year for everyone and we all need things to look forward to, we know life remains uncertain but we wanted to get started to ensure we’re in the best place for next year’s festival.
“Although not being in the park this year was a huge blow for us all that didn’t stop us getting together and having a bit of fun at the virtual festival and South Yorkshire did us proud by raising an incredible £20,000 for the local charities we support.
“Loads of you kept hold of your tickets to support us and that means so much to all the team. It’s such a big thing to know you all love Tramlines that much and we wanted to say a massive thanks to everyone who is with us and get on with bringing the party to 2021.”
